Shopping has arrived - all stocked up and no excuses!

The key to a healthy diet - keep your fruit bowl well stocked!! 


Every week I change the fruits. This week, its bananas, grapefruit, apples and nectarines. 

Last week it was all about the berries - strawberries, blueberries and raspberries. 

It doesn't matter what you choose - you can't beat fruit for a low calorie snack.
