I am trying to think of a reason, each day, to stick to the intense regime on which I have placed myself.
Today, I am focusing on my legs, specifically my thighs. As a woman, I find my thighs one of the areas I struggle with most. No matter how much I run, they still wobble.
So, today's reason to get off my behind is that I want to tone up those thighs. Not just for holidays, but I want to be able to don a pair of shorts without fear of the thigh wobble.
That should get me moving today at least :)
