Today's reason to stick to the plan - I do not want bulgy bits!!

Today I am proper hungry, proper tired and physically exhausted. That will be a mile run and loads of cardio and abs for you, plus the 3 day diet!!

However, it is at moment's such as this that my will power has a tendency to waver. So, today's reason to stick to the plan? It is simply this - I don't want any bulgy bits on holiday.

I mean bits where my lingerie digs in, or my tum sticks out, or my love handles show!! It may only be a few days to go, but I can shift a pound or two in that time - if I just stick to it that is!!
