I just read an article that has inspired me. The gist was that whatever you do, I'm talking exercise wise, it is better than doing nothing.
Now ok, you won't be a marathon runner or an Olympic athlete by just walking a lap of the park, but here is the great bit that has inspired me: no matter how slow you go, you are still faster than those still sat on the sofa!!
I think that's epic. I mean, I am not a fast runner. At the moment, I'm not moving that much feeling as crappy as I do, but I am determined to move a little at least. That way, at least I overtake the couch potatoes.
From small acorns to big oak trees - I'm at little acorn stage, but the world beckons :)
