  • Weds - low cal normal eating day. 10,800 steps. 340 abs, 155 squats. (2 weeks to go) 
  • Thurs - low cal normal eating day. 10,800 steps. 345 abs, 160 squats. 
  • Fri - Day 1 - 3 day diet. 10,800 steps. 350 abs, 165 squats. 
  • Sat - Day 2 - 3 day diet. 10,800 steps. 355 abs, 170 squats. 
  • Sun - Day 3 - 3 day diet. 10,800 steps. 360 abs, 175 squats.
