Weigh in goal for Wednesday 27th July

Here is the plan for how to get that final 2 pounds off before holiday:

  • Sat - low cal normal eating day. 11,000 steps. 390 abs. 205 squats. 
  • Sun - Day 1 - 3 day diet. 11,000 steps. 395 abs. 210 squats. 
  • Mon - Day 2 - 3 day diet. 11,000 steps. 400 abs. 215 squats. 
  • Tues - Day 3 - 3 day diet. 11,500 steps. 405 abs. 220 squats. 
Final weigh in on Weds 27th July. This is the last chance workout everyone!! Gonna make it count :)
