Yesterday's PT session - oof!!

Here is what he put me through yesterday. Excuse the delay, but my arms were aching too much!!

  • warm up jog on treadmill
  • Bench press - 1 x 15 light reps
  • 10 box burpees
  • Bench press - 3 x 12 heavy reps
  • 3 x 10 box burpees
  • 4 x 20 leg raises on bench 
  • Tricep push with weight bar - 4 x 15 reps
  • 3 x 10 free weight push up
  • 4 x 10 box burpees
  • 3 x 45 second kneeling rope pull
  • 3 x chest press with weight bar
  • 3 x 10 box burpees
  • 3 x 45 second standing rope pull
  • 3 x 10 box burpees
  • 2 x 90 second stair master sprints double stepping
  • 2 x 15 bicep curls with weight bar
