Dance like no one is watching :)

I read somewhere that if you are going to dance, do it like no-one is watching and just let yourself go.

You will really enjoy it if you just feel the rhythm and let all the stresses and strains flow out of you.

My recommendation for today is to dance like no one is watching. Just pop some music on and go for it. It will make you feel good so what's stopping you? :)
