I need a bit of motivation / inspiration at the moment. A few blips, some serious, on the diet and fitness plan have left me somewhat bereft of will power.
A thought occurred to me and that was that each day I will think of a new reason (or a variation on the same) as to why I need to stick to my diet that day. I think doing this day by day is going to be the key.
If I can think of reasons to go to the gym, not eat cheese, not drink wine just enough to stop me derailing that particular day, and keep that thought in mind, I think I might just crack it.
It will be interesting to see how many I can think of myself, but share yours if you think it might help :)
