3 day diet - Day 3 - again!!


Crackers, cheese and an apple for breakfast today.  


Lunch was a round of wholemeal toast and a boiled egg. Hmm. 


Tonight will be turkey rashers ( I don't like tuna), beetroot and cauliflower. 

My treat will be the ice cream. Come on that weight loss!! Post hols and feeling very hungry so this had better work!!
