Desperate measures time - cue bin bags

So this morning was post 3 day diet weigh in. I have mixed feelings - I'm like "yay" I have lost 2 pounds, but then also like "what?" only 2 pounds?

Hmm. I need to get under that stone mark in 2 weeks today. That means I need to lose 6 1/2 pounds in 2 weeks. So here is the desperate measure time plan:


  • Today I shall do 11,000 steps, Zumba, housework,  low cal normal eating day.  340 abs, 155 squats. (2 weeks to go) . Also, push ups, triceps and everything else I can fit in!! 
  • Thurs - low cal normal eating day. 10,800 steps. 345 abs, 160 squats. PT session
  • Fri - Day 1 - 3 day diet. 10,800 steps. 350 abs, 165 squats. 
  • Sat - Day 2 - 3 day diet. 10,800 steps. 355 abs, 170 squats. 
  • Sun - Day 3 - 3 day diet. 10,800 steps. 360 abs, 175 squats. 
  • Mon - low cal normal eating day. 10,800 steps. 365 abs, 180 squats. 

  • Tues - low cal normal eating day. 10,800 steps. 370 abs, 185 squats. 
  • Weds - Day 1 - 3 day diet. 11,000 steps. 375 abs, 190 squats. (1 week to go)
  • Thurs - Day 2 - 3 day diet. 11,000 steps. 380 abs. 195 squats. 
  • Fri - Day 3 - 3 day diet. 11,000 steps. 385 abs. 200 squats. 
  • Sat - low cal normal eating day. 11,000 steps. 390 abs. 205 squats. 
  • Sun - Day 1 - 3 day diet. 11,000 steps. 395 abs. 210 squats. 
  • Mon - Day 2 - 3 day diet. 11,000 steps. 400 abs. 215 squats. 

  • Tues - Day 3 - 3 day diet. 11,500 steps. 405 abs. 220 squats. 
In addition to this, I am going to burn off every possible calorie, move as much as I can and get as much of this weight off as I can possibly manage!! Beach here I come!! :)
