I blew it this weekend. Suddenly I feel like all my plans to hit goal for holiday have hit the skids.
I feel bloated and horrible. I now have almost 2 stone to lose by the end of April. Talk about making it harder for myself! I should have been under the stone mark by now not heading upwards!!
Right. Get some perspective. I'm not ill, there is nothing wrong with me other than my weight being more than I want it to be.
So I start again. Properly. No cutting corners this time as this is getting ridiculous quite frankly.
Reboot and off I go again. :(
