Tomorrow is weigh in. I weighed myself on Saturday, and it was all good. However, having had the lurgy this past few days, who knows what the scales will say tomorrow!!
I set myself one huge target for my first week. Weigh ins being Thursdays due to going on holiday on a Thursday, but Saturday's tending to be, for some strange reason, the days when I weigh lighter than others, I gave in for a sneaky inbetween weigh in!!
I was really pleased, but now, the night before the proper first week weigh in, I am, in all honesty, a bit nervous!! Will I have reached the goal I wanted to get to?
