Saturday is weigh in day :)

I began my health and fitness plan once again on Monday this week. I set myself one hell of a target - 10lbs to lose between Monday 9th Jan, and Thursday 19th Jan.

Well, at this morning's weigh in, I can reveal that I have already lost 7.4lb. Wow. Most ever in a week. That means I now have exactly 2 stones to get back to my pre-holiday weight, and 2 stone 3 pounds to go to hit target.

I am very pleased, but at the same time deeply unhappy at the stones I weigh. Its heading in the right direction now though, so that is all that matters this week.
