3 Day Diet - Day 2 - Getting into this now

Today is Day 2 of the 3 Day Diet. This will be breakfast:

A round of wholemeal toast, a boiled egg and a banana. 

Lunch was 5 crackers and some cottage cheese. 

This evening's gourmet spectacular will be this:

2 hot dog sausages, carrots and broccoli. 

The only saving grace to this is the ice cream. That bit I like. Oh, and the amazing weight loss of course!! :) 

Day 2 is the worse day of this. I mean look at it!! Hmmm.
