What is that you might be asking yourself? A sweat stash is this - each time you stick to your diet for a whole day - whack a coin in the jar. Each pound you lose - whack a coin in the jar. Each time you go to the gym - bosh - another coin in the jar. The harder you work, the bigger the reward you pop in the box.
Now, depending on the budget available to you, it could be 10p, it could be a £1 each time. It doesn't matter. The point is to watch those coins mount up!!
