Day 2 and here is today's attempts!

Each day I am intending to increase the effort and intensity, but as this was just day 2, it was still very hard! Long way to go, but here is today's excertions:

  • Chest exercises – 
    • Bench press 1 x 10 reps, 2 x 20 reps. 
    • Insane turning dumbbell incline press – 3 x 10 reps. 
    • Fly press – 3 x 20 reps.  
  • 50 skips with rope. 
  • 105 squats. 
  • 415 abs. 
  • 40 sumo squats. 
  • 18 kettle bell swings. 
  • 30 push ups. 
  • 30 triceps. 
  • 20 dog legs. 
  • 20 donkey kicks. 
  • 10 burpees. 
  • 10 star jumps. 
  • 10 squat jumps. 
  • 50 punches with weights. 
  • 1 mile treadmill – fast walk. 
  • 6 side to side lunge.  
  • 15 inner leg pulse. 
  • 10 box burpees. 
  • 20 mountain climber. 
  • Double box knee ups – 10 per leg. 
  • 40 butt kicks. 
  • 40 knee lifts. 
  • 10 side kettle reach.  
  • 10  box jumps.
