Today's efforts - less than 6 weeks to go

  • Shoulders and Back:
    •  4 x around the world. 
    • 3 x 10 reps Arnold press. 
    • 3 x 10 reps 90 degree lateral raise. 
    • 3 x 10 reps dumbbell front lift. 
    • 3 x 10 reps military press. 
    • 3 x 10 reps per arm upright row. 
  • 52 skips with rope. 
  • 110 squats. 
  • 430 abs. 
  • 41 sumo squats. 
  • 19 kettle swings. 
  • 32 push ups. 
  • 32 triceps. 
  • 21 dog legs. 
  • 21 donkeys. 
  • 11 burpees. 
  • 11 star jumps. 
  • 11 squat jumps. 
  • 50 punches. 
  • 1 mile treadmill –  jog /walk. 
  • 15 inner leg pulse. 
  • 15 box burpees. 
  • 22 mountain climber. 
  • Double box knee ups – 10 per leg. 
  • 42 butt kicks. 
  • 42 knee lifts. 
  • 11 side kettle reach.  
  • 11 box jumps. 
  • 6 side to side lunge. 
  • Freestyle heel digs and front kicks. 
Plus I've stripped and dressed the bed and done a couple of hours of gardening. Phewf!! 

This week's goal is to shift 6 pounds - giving it my all!
