A week to go - today's exercise despite being sooo tired !


  • 50 push ups
  • 30 dog leg raises
  • 30 donkey rear kicks
  • 50 tricep dips
  • 1 mile brisk walk on treadmill
  • 60 chest press weights
  • 40 bench press with bar
  • 20 front kicks
  • 50 squats
  • 25 inner thigh raise
  • 25 outer thigh raise
  • 15 kettle bell swings
  • 50 knee lifts
  • 50 punches with weights
  • 14 lunges per leg
  • 690 abs
  • 25 inner thigh pulse
  • 20 side reach with kettle bell
  • 46 spotty dog jumps
Not the biggest workout, but worked the parts that count! The thing is - I did it, and I did not want to = better than sitting on the sofa :)
