My mini workout for holidays


To do in the morning:
  • · 200 abs
  • · 20 push ups
  • · 30 squats
  • · 10 donkeys
  • · 10 dog legs
  • · 20 knee lifts
  • · 30 punches
  • · 10 lunges
  • · 20 second plank

To do on the sunbed:
  • · 20 tricep dips
  • · 20 inner thigh raise
  • · 20 outer thigh raise
  • · 10 ab leg raise

To earn another glass of wine:
  • · 10 tricep dips
  • · 5 leg raises

Pre shower routine:

  • · 20 squats
  • · 10 push ups
  • · 10 knee lifts
  • · 50 abs
  • · 10 front kicks
