My temporary rules for the next 4 weeks

  • No Beer
  • No Cider
  • No Wine
  • No Chocolate
  • No Cheese
  • No Secret eating
  • No Excuses
  • Abs every day
  • Cardio every day
  • Weight program - 3 days on, 1 day off
  • Squats - 5 days on 1 day off
  • Circuit Training - every day
  • No big portions
  • No cheat days
  • Walk the dog every day
  • Double up the exercise - am and pm
  • Limit the alcohol at weekends
  • Be generally more active
  • Get up early
  • Drink more water
  • Drink green tea and Boo tea
  • No big bags of crisps
  • Always make time to exercise
  • No packet rice
  • No takeaways
  • No salty snacks
  • No snacks at all
