Today's humongous exercise session - blimey !

  • Biceps and Triceps. 
    • 4 sets of 11 reps tricep dips. 
    • 4 sets of 20 hammer bicep curls. 
    • 4 sets of 11 tricep skull crush raises. 
    • 4 sets of 10 bar bicep curls. 
  • 70 skips with rope. 
  • 195 squats. 
  • 610 abs. 
  • 53 sumos. 
  • 47 kettle swings. 
  • 44 push ups. 
  • 44 triceps. 
  • 28 dog legs. 
  • 28 donkeys. 
  • 20 burpees. 
  • 43 star jumps. 
  • 19 squat jumps. 
  • 50 punches. 
  • 3 mile treadmill –jog/run. 
  • 19 inner leg pulse. 
  • 50 box burpees. 
  • 50 mountain climber. 
  • Double box knee ups – 13 per leg. 
  • 50 butt kicks. 
  • 50 knee lifts. 
  • 15 side kettle reach.  
  • 20 box jumps. 
  • 15 front kicks per leg. 
  • 12 standing / kneeling lunge with weight. 
  • 28 armpit fat raises. 
  • 12 side to side lunge.
