Imagine yourself 6 months from now

I'm working hard to improve my body, my self esteem and lose some weight. Its incredibly hard going, and its going to be incredibly hard to resist temptation. So I need to imagine myself 6 months from now.

If I continue to eat, well, everything in site, then 6 months from now I shall have gained a couple of stone at lest.

If I cut it back to normal, 6 months from now I shall still be as I am now.

If I go for it, stick to what I am doing, work hard, then where will I be 6 months from now? I will be at goal weight, maintaining it, with toned abs and great definition. That's the one to aim for then :)
