  • 9000 steps daily
  • 375 abs / crunches
  • 40 squats
  • 30 push ups 
  • 30 triceps dips
  • 3.5 pints water (max goal) 
  • 25 star jumps
  • 20 kettle bell squats
  • 30 kettle bell swings
  • 12 burpees
  • 40 punches
  • 10 front kicks
  • 12 inner thigh raise
  • 12 outer thigh raise
  • 20 skips with rope
