Friday and its like woohoo its the weekend. Sunday night and its like :
How does it get from Friday to Sunday so fast? Another week ahead, Monday looming. Time to reflect on the week that's gone.
This week, I went to the gym. A lot. I went 5 times. I also went to 3 bootcamp sessions. And quite a few walks. Plus abs, weights and squats at home.
I worked quite a few hours this week, plus did some work from home. I have spoken to friends, spent quality family time. I went out to the pub on Friday night - walked there and back for added exercise.
Busy week really. Not bad at all.
