Totally Craving this week

Its Wimbledon, and its the World Cup, and the sun is shining. It makes it so much harder to stick to my low calorie high exercise plan let me tell you. I usually enjoy my salads, my fruit and veg, and I do still to a point.


But then temptation comes over me and I start to crave things, like strawberries and cream, chocolate ice cream, crisps - well everything I cannot eat or drink on my diet. It is so frustrating at the moment. I feel like I am permanently longing for things I can't have - its like torture!
