Christmas Songs Day 17 - Paul McCartney 'Wonderful Christmas Time'

Day 17 and today's song is by Paul McCartney with the fabulous 'Wonderful Christmas Time'.

"The mood is right, the spirits up, we're here tonight and that's enough - Simply having a Wonderful Christmas Time" and we're off. This really does make me feel Christmassy - Sir Paul here with a classic tune!

This song was released in 1979, but is still a strong contender for one of the top Christmas tunes still to date. It peaked at number 6 in the singles chart in the UK when it was originally released, but its popularity has kept it alive and worthy of a much higher chart position.

Such a catchy song, and sung by one the all time greatest - Sir Paul, former Beatle member. So there we have it - Day 17.
