Been to the gym again - phewf!!

After a bit of an intense PT session yesterday, and a not so intense day of dieting - basically in the form of chocolate biscuits - I decided I needed to go an do another session at the gym tonight. Damage limitation and all that!

So, tonight I have:

  • walked to warm up - 10 cals
  • run a mile on the treadmill - 120 cals
  • burned 100 cals on the stepper
  • burned 100 cals on the stair machine
  • jogged half a mile to finish - 60 cals
  • 100 abs - sit ups, crunches and leg raises
It was necessary and I feel good now, albeit a bit achy and tired!!
