Time for today's positivity post. Obviously, if you have just seen my PT post, I have returned to Personal Training this evening.
That is a real positive step in the right direction. I want to lose weight, but I also want to be fit and look fit, so I am feeling good about returning.
I've stuck to my diet, which is great. Better still, I have a day off tomorrow!! Yay!!
Things are very positive in general today and that is very very good :)
