Tonight I returned to Personal Training - I am knackered!!!

So I returned to PT tonight. To a point, he took pity on my unfit self, and recognised that its been a while. To a point!! This was tonight's exercise menu:

  • walk on treadmill - 5 mins
  • warm up stretches
  • cross trainer sprints - 30 seconds on 30 seconds slow - 6 mins
  • kettle bell squats standing on step box - 4 x 15 reps
  • 4 x 4 length jogs of studio
  • bicep curl with weight bar - 4 x 15 reps
  • body weight squats - 15 reps
  • 5 minute run on treadmill
  • half squat thrusts - 3 x 15 reps
  • 3 x 4 lengths of the studio jogs
  • bench chest press with bar - 3 x 15 reps
  • dumbell press with free weights - 3 x 15 reps
  • standing forward lunge - 3 x 20 reps
  • ski machine - 3 reps of 1 minute
  • 3 mins cross trainer sprints
It was not as good as before, because I am unfit. I couldn't do anywhere near what I was pushing before, but I gave it my all. My fitness will return, and my strength is still there, so its all good. 

Except how much I ache right now. Thats not so good :)
