I read this yesterday, and its really motivated me. I mean come on, 4% of your day? I can do that.
So, this week, I have PT twice, both 1 hour sessions. I am not feeling good about the damned scales, which have gone up post birthday celebrations!!
So I am upping the ante. Every day will be 10,000 steps. Every day I shall exercise.
I shall have that body. I shall be that woman in the gym that looks like she should be there, instead of currently looking like someone that walked into the gym by mistake!!
