Weigh in goal for Wednesday 13th July

Here is the plan to get another 2lbs off by Wednesday 13th July:

  • Sat - low cal normal eating day. 10,700 steps. 320 abs, 135 squats. 
  • Sun - Day 1 - 3 day diet. 10,700 steps. 325 abs, 140 squats. 
  • Mon - Day 2 - 3 day diet. 10,700 steps. 330 abs. 145 squats. 
  • Tues - Day 3 - 3 day diet. 10,700 steps. 335 abs, 150 squats.
