Wowee - I went for it today :)

Well folks, I raised the bar today. Literally and physically. I jumped, I skipped, I Zumba'd, and I danced.

I did abs, I squatted, I did push ups and triceps, I did weights, I did inner thigh exercises. I did kettle bell swings, I did arm raises, leg raises and step ups.

I wore a bin bag!! I sweated, I squeezed, I burned and I worked it hard.

Tomorrow, is the beginning of another 3 day diet, and I also have a PT session. I am going for it now big time!!
