  • 9500 steps daily
  • 400 abs / crunches
  • 45 squats
  • 30 push ups 
  • 30 tricep dips
  • 3.5 pints water (max goal) 
  • 30 star jumps
  • 20 kettle bell squats
  • 32 kettle bell swings
  • 13 burpees
  • 40 punches
  • 12 front kicks
  • 15 inner thigh raise
  • 15 outer thigh raise
  • 25 skips with rope
  • 10 inner thigh pulse
