Reasons to Diet #19 - counting down to Holidays
Number 19:
This reason is simple. I am counting down until my next holiday. I have to make each day count!!
Some nights I could easily give in. The last thing in the world I want for my tea is diet measly portions. But I have to do it. Why? Because I want to be the best I can be when I get on that plane.
Ok, so miracles don't happen, but I can at least be unbloated and more streamlined than if I pig out at this point!!
